Shipping

Each Lamp & Linen Studio order is carefully prepared and packaged in my Minnesota home studio.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Lamp & Linen Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our stationery products are handmade and carefully prepared for each order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Lamp & Linen Studio within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. I’ll be happy to review the issue and work with you to make it right.
